1.Who we are

Saikat's World (saikatsworld.com) is an online shop run by Alamin Hossain Saikat, 76/2, East Boxnagar, Sarulia, Demra, Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can call us on +880 1925-316647.

2.Your account

• You log in with a one-time code that we send to your email address. Anyone who can read that inbox can log in to your account, so keep your email secure.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Give us correct details. Don't place fake orders, use someone else's payment details, run bots or scripts against the site, or disrupt it for others. We may close accounts that do.

3.Products and prices

• Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is added at checkout.
• We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes can look slightly different on a screen.
• If a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before we send the order, and you can cancel it.

4.Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may call you to confirm it.
• We may cancel an order if the product is out of stock, the address can't be reached, or the order looks fraudulent. If you've paid anything, we refund all of it.
• To cancel an order before it ships, call us.

5.Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the delivery person when your parcel arrives.
• If checkout offers another way to pay, we send your order once we've confirmed the payment.

6.Delivery

• The delivery charge is shown at checkout, before you order.
• Orders usually arrive within 1–3 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days elsewhere in Bangladesh, counted from when we confirm the order. Holidays, weather or courier delays can make it longer; if that happens, we'll let you know.

7.Returns and exchanges

• If something is wrong with your order, ask for a return or exchange from your order page within 7 days of delivery, and tell us what the problem is.
• We review every request and contact you about the exchange or refund.

8.Reviews

• Reviews must be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or off-topic.
• Next to your review we show only a shortened form of your name, never your email address or phone number.

9.Resellers

If you join our reseller programme, the Reseller Agreement applies as well.

10.Our responsibility

We're responsible for delivering the products you ordered, as described. We're not responsible for losses nobody could reasonably have foreseen, or for delays caused by events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Bangladeshi law, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. An order you've already placed follows the terms that applied when you placed it.

12.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If something goes wrong, call us first; most problems are sorted out quickly. A dispute we can't settle together goes to the courts of Dhaka.

These terms are available in Bangla and English. If the two differ, the Bangla version applies.
